Alkali Factory Hosts "Happy Childhood · Enjoying Warmth with Zongzi" Parent-Child Activity
During the delightful season when the aroma of zongzi and the joy of Children's Day blend together, in order to promote traditional culture, carry forward fine family traditions, unite the strength of employees, and create a warm and harmonious festival atmosphere, recently, Gansu Agricultural Reclamation Pharmaceutical Alkali Factory Co., Ltd. held a "Happy Childhood · Enjoying Warmth in Zongzi" parent-child activity. More than 40 employees and their children participated enthusiastically. Through four chapters: "Visiting and Experiencing", "Sharing Books", "Zongzi and the Dragon Boat Festival", and "Parent-Child Entertainment", the distinctive programs of the Dragon Boat Festival and Children's Day were integrated, bringing a dual feast for the eyes and the soul to the parent-child families who came to participate in the event.
During the "Visit and Experience" activity, children visited the corporate culture exhibition hall, the training hall for the factory-based armed police, the quality inspection and R&D building, etc. in sequence. This allowed the children to understand their parents' working environment and deeply appreciate the hardships of their parents' work, fostering a correct view of labor. They were also taught about fire safety, drug prevention and other related knowledge, and interacted with the factory-based armed police officers to experience military training, standing at attention and folding military beds, thus deepening their love for the Party, the country and the military. In the "Book Sharing" section, with the theme of "Big Hands Holding Little Hands, Consolidating the Awareness of the Chinese National Community", they read books such as "Chinese Ethnic Festival Stories" and "Our Festivals" together, and adopted various interactive forms to deeply instill the concept of "all ethnic groups closely united like seeds of a pomegranate" in the children's hearts. In the "Zongzi Emotion of the Dragon Boat Festival" section, through teaching how to make zongzi, interactive questions about traditional culture and parent-child labor practices, children's interest in traditional culture was stimulated, creating a warm and harmonious family atmosphere. In the "Parent-Child Play" section, games such as "Bursting Balloons", "Radish Squat", "Statue", and "Snatching Snacks" were set up. Parents and children cooperated closely and competed fully, allowing employees and their children to share the warmth of family affection through sports, enhancing the cohesion and centripetal force of employee families.
After the event, many employees expressed their feelings, saying, "We are usually so busy with work that we rarely have the chance to fully accompany our children like this." The activity not only created happy festival memories for the children but also provided parents with precious family time. It effectively enhanced the company's cohesion and employees' sense of belonging. They hope that the company will hold more such activities in the future to bring our families and the company closer together.
