On February 25, 2025, Gansu Agricultural Reclamation Group held a special meeting to deepen the "Three Grasps and Three Promotions" action. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the provincial "Three Grasps and Three Promotions" action promotion meeting, reviewed and approved the "Plan of Gansu Agricultural Reclamation Group on Deepening the 'Three Grasps and Three Promotions' Action", and arranged and deployed the key tasks of the group's deepening of the "Three Grasps and Three Promotions" action. The meeting pointed out that in 2024, the entire group will further promote the "Three Grabs and Three Promotions" initiative in depth. Party members and cadres will focus on learning to enhance their capabilities, on execution to ensure implementation, and on efficiency to drive development. They will firmly establish the concept of "one chessboard", act proactively, and strive tenaciously to stabilize growth, promote reform, adjust structure, reduce costs, and prevent risks. The meeting demanded that by 2025, the entire group should fully implement the deployment requirements of the provincial committee and the provincial government regarding the deepening of the "Three Grabs and Three Promotions" action, firmly grasp key tasks, and strive for new breakthroughs in professional skills, work execution, and development efficiency. First, we must prioritize capability, study deeply and meticulously, and focus on learning to address skill deficiencies. Adhering to the concept of lifelong learning, we should insist on the principle of "learning what is needed for the job and making up for what is lacking", accelerate the filling of the "competence deficit", and strive to eliminate the "knowledge panic", so as to become experts in our own fields. Second, we must insist on execution as the priority, be down-to-earth, and forge ahead with the determination to ensure implementation. We should establish and practice a correct view of achievements, combine the efforts to rectify formalism and reduce the burden on the grassroots, and accelerate the resolution of chronic problems such as lax and ineffective implementation. We should focus on solving issues such as fear, falsehood, mediocrity, laziness, procrastination, and superficiality, and encourage Party members and cadres to become implementers who are good at and committed to implementation. The "Three Grabs and Three Promotions" Special Working Mechanism Office should closely monitor the ten key tasks of "improving business efficiency, expanding industrial clusters, strengthening listed companies, enhancing brand marketing, deepening enterprise reform, accelerating technological innovation, solidifying key task teams, refining risk control, strengthening work style, and reinforcing Party building leadership", and follow up on their progress in a continuous and orderly manner, and report regularly to ensure the effective implementation of the tasks. Third, we must insist on efficiency as the top priority, overcome difficulties, and focus on achieving the annual goals to promote development.
